2025: A Year of Becoming

2025 was one of the most challenging years of my life. It marked my first year as a divorced woman, learning how to navigate life on my own, one decision, one emotion, and one day at a time. It wasn’t easy, but it was meaningful, transformative, and deeply human.

This year gave me experiences I will always cherish. I traveled to places that expanded my world and reminded me of my resilience: Madrid, Barcelona, and Seville in Spain, the warmth and beauty of Portugal, five soul-refreshing days in Arizona, and work trips to New Jersey that offered moments of both purpose and reflection. Each destination carried its own lesson about independence, courage, and the joy of discovering myself again.

2025 was also the year I chose to share my journey openly. Through my YouTube channel, I began documenting how I am navigating single life honestly, imperfectly, and intentionally. Speaking my truth became part of my healing, and connecting with others walking a similar path reminded me that none of us are ever truly alone.

I am incredibly thankful for the people I met along the way. The friends who showed up, held space for me, and reminded me of my worth. And yes, even for those who were not so kind because through them, I learned powerful lessons about boundaries, grace, and how to be a better, more compassionate version of myself.

And then there was dance. So many nights of salsa and bachata, music, movement, and moments that lifted my spirit when words fell short. Those dances carried me through days when I needed joy, connection, and a reminder that my heart could still feel light.

As I close this chapter, I’m choosing to carry forward only what truly matters: the smiles, the beautiful memories, and the strength I gained from overcoming it all.

Here’s to the year ahead, new beginnings, continued healing, and living life with intention and grace.

Cheers to what’s next.
