We are living in such a chaotic world, finding peace can sometimes be challenging. We are always racing against time that we are losing ourselves.
I have learned that nobody can prevent me from finding my peace. Once, I realized that peace comes from within, I started to cultivate the habit to remove myself from any hostile situation. It is not easy, with time and practice, it’s attainable.
My search has finally ended. I have found peace, happiness, and myself in between. I hope your search is coming to an end soon. Here are some of my favorite quotes.

Mother Theresa said, “peace begins with a smile”. This is so true; a smile can change someone’s day and reverse a whole situation. Let’s keep smiling, let’s remain in peace and maybe one day, this world will be finally at peace.

Share your smile with the world, it’s a symbol of friendship and peace. Christie Brinkley
This is so true about most aspects of life. We cannot rely on others to provide something for us. We must love/accept ourselves and in that we shall found external love and acceptance.
I agree, Nicole!
I sometimes experience inner peace but not often enough… and you’re right, it’s not easy when life is so hectic!
So true, Kate.

In my yoga classes I encourage my participants to practice being at peace because it is a learned response. In these chaotic times, we have to practice feeling peace, imagining special peace filled moments and allowing our bodies, minds and spirits to absorb peace.
Well said, Cindy, I used to take a Yoga class on Wednesday, it was the best way to end my day.
Right now my main goal in life is to always find peace in everything no matter how chaotic my surroundings can be. If it doesn’t contribute to my inner peace I should let it go and the quotes you posted above are such great reminders and it’s so inspirational

You are completely true. We live in a world where there are so many factors that we cannot control and that may affect us in one way or another. We, of course, can’t go on changing the world around us. However, we can control ourselves and make peace with the surroundings!
Well said, Sreekar, I agree with you.
What a lovely read! Everyday, we try to achieve peace but find it elusive. We’re doing it all wrong, because peace comes from within. It is definitely in the stillness, in a quiet private place that we can feel peace.
So true!
I couldn’t agree with you more. I realized that being at war with someone is not doing me any good but peace just makes the situation different. So I decided to always be at peace.
I agree, Lateefah!
Yay it’s so great you found your peace. It can be such a hard thing to do, and so many people tie their peace in with needing a person which isn’t healthy at all.

One day at a time, and eventually, you will reach that place, Takara!
I really like this post, it is so true but a hard thing to practice. In the short term and feels easier to live the part of the victim, but in the end it is so much harder and so destructive. Living from a place of self empowerment and personal responsibility is so much better. Love your graphics too!
Thank you so much, I appreciate your feedback!
