“The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are”. Joseph Campbell

October is ending soon; in two months, we will say goodbye to 2020, a year that has challenged us in so many ways.  Honestly, I am exhausted from all the hardships of this brutal year.  It is difficult for me to remain motivated.

Learn to get in touch with the silence within yourself and know that everything in this life has a purpose.  There are no mistakes, no coincidences.  All events are blessings to us to learn from”.  Elizabeth Kubler-Ross

I have realized that I am the only one who can push myself up.   I have searched for motivational quotes and, I want to share them with you.  If you feel like this year has a toll on you, know that you are not alone, but we must move forward no matter what.  As Aly Railman said: “The hard days are what make us stronger”.

You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great. Zig Ziglar

The man who moves a mountain begins by carrying away small stones.  Confucius.

I have decided that I may not be able to change my circumstances right now, but I will adapt and make the best of life.

If you don’t like something, change it.  If you can’t change, change your attitude.  Maya Angelou

I want to continue to grow and no matter how hard it is, I will continue to move forward.

Anything you can imagine you can create. Oprah Winfrey

Don’t limit your challenges, challenge your limits.  Jerry Dunn

You become what you believe.  You are where you are today in your life based on everything you have believed. Oprah Winfrey

Gratitude turns what we have into enough. Unknown

I am grateful for being there and trying to make it.  I am enjoying the little things and hope you are doing the same.  Be safe, be well!

  5. This is such a timely post that applies to so many of us during this extremely challenging year. I love the great quotes you have included here that are so apt, given the situation we all find ourselves in, no matter where we are in the world. This just helps in putting things in perspective and moving forward with a better attitude and a more positive outlook.

  6. Thank you so much for sharing this! This year has been very unique but I agree with you, whether this year has been good or bad is how we have chosen to use our and adapt to these circumstances. We’ll never have perfect scenarios so might as well make the best of any situation!
