We are officially in the fall season, my favorite one. My daughters and I spent the weekend to put our decoration out. This baked herb salmon is the perfect dish to end our beautiful weekend. It is simple, easy to make, and delicious.
Cheesy Herb Baked Salmon
Ingredients
2 Fillets of Salmon
2 tbsp Parsley chopped on a cutting board
2 tbsp of butter
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp of fish seasoning
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp pepper flakes
Salt and pepper
1 tsp lemon zest
1tsp dried basil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Take aluminum foil big enough to wrap the salmon. Place the 2 fillets of salmon in the aluminum foil and place in a baking pan.
Season the salmon with salt, pepper, fish seasoning, and pepper flakes
In a small bowl, mix the butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Pour over the salmon
Sprinkle the basil, the parsley, and the cheese over the salmon.
Wrap the aluminum foil tightly.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Bon appetit!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend and you are ready to enjoy this colorful season!
I don’t eat salmon half as often as I should. I think something like this would work well for me as it makes it a bit more of an exciting dish and easier to eat with the additional flavours.
I love Salmon, Melanie, actually, I love all seafood.
I love salmon because it just tastes too rich, especially when properly cooked. And with how easily and well you cooked your baked salmon, I really feel like I would use a bite! Yummy!
I can eat salmon on a daily basis if I could, Dalene!

I don’t eat cheese and I love my fish with spices only. To me, salmon has a particular taste that would be drowned out with cheese.
You can skip the cheese, Kemi. I love cheese and I could add it to everything.
